These terms cover the cleaning services provided by Cleaning Services Elianys Inc ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida corporation (document number P23000035820, ACTIVE) based at 6561 NW Porter Grade Rd, Altha, FL 32421. By booking a cleaning with us, you agree to the terms below.
We provide in-person residential and commercial cleaning — standard house cleaning, recurring weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office and small commercial cleaning, post-construction clean-up, and add-ons such as interior window cleaning and laundry. All work is performed on site by our crew within our Calhoun County service area. We do not sell products online and there is no online checkout.
We provide a flat quote before any work begins, based on the size and condition of the home or office you describe. The posted price ranges on our website are estimates; your written quote is the price you pay. Additional work you request after the quote may change the price, and we will tell you before doing it.
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property or the condition is materially different from what was described, we may need to reschedule or adjust the quote. We will always communicate before making any change.
Payment is due after the cleaning is finished and inspected, by card, check, cash or Zelle. There are no advance payments, subscriptions, memberships or hidden recurring charges. Recurring customers are billed per visit and may pause or stop service at any time.
If an area was missed or you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean it at no charge, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We treat your home and belongings with care; if we cause damage through our negligence, we will work with you in good faith to make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Calhoun County, Florida.
