Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cleaning Services Elianys Inc wants you to be happy with the cleaning. Because we are a local, owner-operated cleaning company and you pay only after the work is finished, this policy is simple and fair.

Payment happens after the job

You do not pay in advance and there is no online checkout. We give you a flat quote before we start, and you pay only after the cleaning is finished and you have walked through the home or office with us. Accepted payment methods are card, check, cash or Zelle.

Our re-clean guarantee

If something was missed or you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, call us at (850) 447-2619 within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return and re-clean that area at no additional charge. We would rather make it right in person than argue over a bill.

Refunds

If, after we return and re-clean, you are still not satisfied with the specific area in question, we will refund the portion of the price that corresponds to that part of the job. Because payment is collected only after the work is completed and inspected, full-job refunds are rare and are handled case by case in good faith. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges to refund.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a cleaning at no charge by calling or emailing us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For same-day cancellations after our crew has been dispatched or has arrived, a small trip fee may apply to cover the drive; we will always tell you before charging anything. Recurring customers can pause or stop service at any time with no penalty.
